1. Buyer confirms order.  

Submit order methods:

Please check web shoes pictures, then confirm your order details ( Style, Shoes No, Buy Quantity, Request Sizes), then send your order info to our Email or chat MSN.

(Note: Size for man most run from 41 42 43 44 45 46, for woman most run from 35 36 37 38 39 40)

2. Seller confirms stock. After we receive your order info, we will reply email to you for confirm stock and sizes and total amount for your orders

3. Buyer confirms payment. If you receive our confirm order info, please finish the payment , after

payment, show us your payment info.

If you are paying by western union, please tell us your western union payment detail:

4. Seller shipping goods. When we receive your payment info, we will call our finance for pick us the money, after our finance pick up the money, will call our shipping manager for shipping out shoes on that day, but sometimes shoes will delay for 1 day, so maximum 2 days your shoes will shipping out and maximum 3 days will email you the express tracking number.

5. After buyer receive the express number, shoes had sent 1-2days, so need more 3-4 days' waiting shoes will arrive to your house.

6. Return policy 6. If you think our shoes is low quality or we had mistook with shoes color and sizes, please reply us and show the mistake shoes pictures with email to us, then we will resend the mistook hoes for free.
